One Call Clean Out is focused on providing our customers with a cost-effective solution to their hauling needs. Our team is always on the lookout for items that still have life in them and can be salvaged for a second life rather than thrown away. We will resell, donate, and recycle whenever possible to make sure we’re doing the best job possible for our customers and the environment.

The One Call Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Call or text us, describing what you need removed or sending us pictures. If you know the dimensions or even the weight of larger items, this makes it easier for us to give you an accurate estimate.

Step 2: Our Estimate

Our staff will give you an estimated range with the best possible scenario (lowest price) and worst possible scenario (highest price). If the range is comfortable for you, we'll go ahead and schedule your pickup.

Step 3: Walkthrough

On the day of your appointment, we'll do a quick walkthrough of the space and designated items, just to confirm everything. Then, we'll give you a final price before we begin the removal process.

Meet Justin

Founder & CEO

I started working with One Call Clean Out the summer after I graduated high school in 2011. The company was originally started by my uncle, and I worked with the family business during every summer and winter break as I earned my bachelor’s degree at Kutztown University. Through those experiences, I realized how satisfying it was to help people refresh their spaces and move on to new chapters of life without the stress and burden of unwanted clutter. When I graduated college, I decided to start my own branch of One Call Clean Out working in Berks County and the Lehigh Valley in 2016.

Now, One Call Clean Out remains a family business under my guidance, and my passion for this work has only grown over the past decade. For me, junk removal is about far more than just tossing things into the trash, and my business model reflects those principles. Because I care about leaving cleaner homes and a cleaner world, I want to make sure we are doing everything we can to keep as much as possible from the landfills.

In my personal life, I’ve always been a dog lover, and my family has been involved with fostering and rescue organizations my entire life. Currently I have two pups of my own and look forward to providing a home for more animals who need a family in the future. That’s also why One Call Clean Out donates a portion of our profits to organizations that help dogs get their happy endings and a new life.

Looking toward the future of this company as its owner, I hope to provide a speedy, efficient, and hassle-free experience for each and every customer who makes that one call (or click!), so that One Call Clean Out will continue to be a business that I am happy to have my name and history behind.
